- Do not independently make medical decisions

- Are used solely to enhance documentation efficiency and accuracy All final medical decisions are made exclusively by licensed clinicians.

A1 TeleMed implements administrative, technical, and physical safeguards consistent with HIPAA Security Rule requirements, including:
- End-to-end encryption of telehealth sessions
- Encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS)
- HIPAA-compliant EHR systems
- Access controls and role-based permissions
- Workforce training on privacy practices

- Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with vendors
