Dr. Brian E. Braxton brings more than 30 years of clinical experience to A1 TeleMed. A dual board-certified physician, he previously served six years as a U.S. Air Force Flight Surgeon, where he was honored with the Malcolm C. Grow Flight Surgeon of the Year Award for Air Force Materiel Command.
Dr. Braxton was elected Chief Resident in both his Family Medicine and Emergency Medicine residencies—a rare distinction reflecting his leadership and clinical excellence.
His career includes service as the Medical Director for the flagship Emergency Department at Covenant Health. Later, he became both a board-elected leader and practice partner within a well-established emergency medicine group.
